Refund Policy

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after that window are not eligible. The purchase date is the date of the successful PayPal charge, not the date you first log in.

2. Usage-based eligibility

A refund request is void if any of the following are true at the time of the request:

• You have completed more than 20% of the course modules (measured by lessons marked complete).
• You have downloaded any workbooks, worksheets, or supplementary files.
• You have attended any live call, Q&A, or private session.

These limits exist because the course material is delivered digitally and, once consumed, cannot be returned.

3. Technical faults & duplicate charges

If you experience a proven technical fault that prevents you from accessing the course, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the charge, regardless of the usage caps above. Please include screenshots and, where possible, the PayPal transaction ID(s) in your request.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@marketmaster.ca from the address you used to enrol. Include:

• Your full name and the email on your MarketMaster account
• The PayPal transaction ID from your receipt
• A brief reason for the request

We review every request within 3 business days and reply with our decision.

5. Revocation of access

When a refund is issued, your access to MarketMaster (including all modules, lessons, downloads, and the AI tutor) is revoked immediately. You may not re-enrol using a different email address to circumvent the refund; doing so may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (the PayPal account or card used). Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear — the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Promotional access & discounted purchases

Discounted purchases (including limited-time offers such as our 20% launch discount) are subject to the same refund policy above. Free access granted via promo codes is not refundable in any form, as no payment was made.

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before filing a chargeback with PayPal or your card issuer — the vast majority of disputes can be resolved directly and much faster this way. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in permanent removal from the platform.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to you, and material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled students.
